Women's kickboxing is a women's only class where you will learn kickboxing techniques by a skilled instructor in a welcoming and safe environment. In this class you will hit pads and bags with various punching, kicking combinations & techniques. Improve your cardiovascular fitness, develop strength and power while participating in a variety of striking drills. Every class will warm up with push-ups, sit-ups, body weight exercises and dynamic stretching movements to improve flexibility, balance and body awareness. You will then learn techniques and end with pad work drills. No class is ever the same so your body will never adapt, resulting in successful fitness results. Your heart rate will be pounding the entire class leaving you wanting more!
