NEW CLASS! MMA Technique & Conditioning
Incorporates basic and effective striking techniques, wrestling, grappling drills (escapes, positioning & submissions), as well as conditioning drills for MMA training & fighting. Perfect class for anyone interested in Mixed Martial Arts.
1-On-1 Training
